Attach.dev is operated by Attach Labs FZ-LLC, a UAE free zone company registered with the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ), Company Registration No. RAKEZ20269847. In these terms, "we," "us," and "our" refer to Attach Labs FZ-LLC.
We provide software products and developer tools for AI coding agents, LLM infrastructure, workflow automation, package-installation policy enforcement, identity, audit trails, and memory-related workflows.
Some products may be beta, preview, experimental, or in development. Features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. We do not guarantee that any preview feature will become generally available.
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining its security and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree not to use our products for any illegal purpose or to engage in abuse, reverse engineering where prohibited, attacks on systems, distribution of malware, unauthorized access, spam, or any use that violates applicable laws.
Our security and policy tools are designed to help reduce risk, but they do not guarantee detection or prevention of every vulnerability, malicious package, or supply-chain incident. You remain responsible for your own security review, deployment decisions, and development environment.
Paid plans may be offered through subscriptions, per-seat pricing, usage-based pricing, and paid plugins. Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Attach Labs FZ-LLC owns its software, website, trademarks, documentation, and content, except for third-party materials. You retain rights to your own code and data.
Our software may integrate with third-party tools and services. You are responsible for complying with those third parties' terms.
To the extent permitted by law, our products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
